In case of any kind of accident or damage to government or private property during felling/replanting of the said tree and also damage to electric wire, phone wire, cable etc., the responsibility of the applicant will be to compensate the same.
सदर वृक्षतोड/ पुन:र्रोपण करतेवेळी कोणताही प्रकारचा अपघात अगर सरकारी व खाजगी मालमत्तेचे नुकसान झाल्यास तसेच इलेक्ट्रिक वायर, फोन वायर, केबल इत्यादीचे नुकसान झाल्यास त्याची नुकसान भरपाई करून देण्याची जबाबदारी अर्जदार यांच्यावर राहील.
In case of any kind of dispute regarding the ownership of the land or the tree or any objection or objection due to interest, the applicant will be responsible for the same.
जागेचा अथवा वृक्षाच्या मालकी बाबत कोणत्याही प्रकारचा वाद निर्माण झाल्यास अथवा हितसंबंधीतानी आक्षेप किंवा हरकत घेतल्यास त्याची जबाबदारी अर्जदार यांच्यावर राहील.
According to the provisions of section 8 sub-section three c of the Maharashtra Urban Areas Tree Preservation Act, 1975, the action of felling a tree shall be completed by the applicant within fifteen days from the date of the said permission i.e. after the permission has been granted, after which the permission shall be considered cancelled.
महाराष्ट्र नागरी क्षेत्र झाडाची जतन अधिनियम १९७५ चे कलम ८ पोट कलम (३) क मधील तरतुदीनुसार वृक्ष तोडण्याची कारवाई सदरच्या परवानगीच्या दिनांकापासून पंधरा दिवसानंतर म्हणजेच परवानगी मिळाल्याचे आत ते आत अर्जदाराने पूर्ण करावी तदनंतर ही परवानगी रद्द समजली जाईल.
After felling the said tree, the branches, leaves and wood chips of the tree should be removed immediately from place.
सदर वृक्ष तोडल्यानंतर वृक्षाच्या फांद्या पर्णफांद्या व पाने या लाकूडफाटा त्वरित उचलण्यात यावा.
Action to cut the said tree should be taken in the presence of the Garden Assistant of the garden Department or the representative of the garden Department.
उद्यान विभागाचे उद्यान सहायक अथवा उद्यान विभागातील प्रतिनिधी यांच्या उपस्थितीत सदरचे वृक्ष तोडण्याची कारवाई करण्यात यावी.
It should be noted that if you cut more than the permitted tree branches, you will be liable to legal action as per the rules for violating section 21 (1) of the Maharashtra Civil Area Tree Protection and Preservation Act, 1975.
परवानगी पेक्षा जास्त झाडाच्या फांद्याची छाटणी केल्यास महाराष्ट्र नागरिक क्षेत्र झाडाचे संरक्षण व जतन अधिनियम १९७५ कलम २१ (१) चे उल्लंघन केल्यामुळे आपणावर नियमानुसार कायदेशीर कारवाई करण्यात येईल याची नोंद घ्यावी.
If there are nests of birds on the said trees, they should be shifted to a suitable place with the advice of wildlife experts so that vigilance is taken to ensure that there is no loss/damage to biodiversity in that place and it should be noted that in case of any such loss, all the responsibility will be on the applicant.
सदरच्या वृक्षांवर पक्षी पक्षांची घरटी असल्यास ती वन्यजीव तज्ञांच्या सल्ल्याने योग्य ठिकाणी स्थलांतरित करावी जेणेकरून त्या ठिकाणी जैवविविधतेची हानी /नुकसान होणार नाही याबाबत दक्षता घेणे या घेण्यात यावी तसेच अशा कोणत्याही प्रकारची हानी दुर्घटना झाल्यास याची सर्व जबाबदारी अर्जदार यांच्यावर राहिल याची नोंद घ्यावी.
Tree felling operations should not be done on Sundays and public holidays.
वृक्षतोड कारवाई रविवारी तसेच सार्वजनिक सुट्टीच्या दिवशी करू नये.
A total of 10 new plants shall be planted per tree at the rate of 1:10 per tree.
प्रति वृक्ष १:१० याप्रमाणे एक वृक्षाकरिता एकूण १० नवीन रोपाची लागवड करणे बंधनकारक असेल.
You are required to report half yearly on the survival of trees in compensatory tree plantations.
भरपाई वृक्ष लागवडीतील वृक्ष जिवंत असल्याबाबतच्या सहामाही अहवाल देणे आपणास बंधनकारक आहे.
Tree felling should be done if conditions as above are agreed.
वरील प्रमाणे अटी शर्ती मान्य असल्यास वृक्षतोड करण्यात यावी.
